I was hired by a startup Real Estate firm to enhance their sales performance tracking and visualize their reporting process. Their team was using Zoho CRM but lacked a clear, visual way to track KPIs and sales performance in real-time.

From there, I refined the workflows, analytics, navigation, and project management experience, then redesigned the interface into a clean, modern dashboard with interactive charts, KPI cards, Kanban boards, and responsive layouts.

The goal was to transform Bubble AI's starting point into a polished operations platform that feels like a production-ready SaaS product rather than a dashboard template.
This was my first time building with Bubble AI, and it was impressive to see how quickly a single prompt became a functional application.

EstateFlow — A Modern Real Estate CRM Built with Bubble

The Idea
Real estate agents juggle leads, property listings, appointments, follow-ups, and paperwork every day. Most CRM solutions are either too expensive, overly complex, or filled with features small teams never use.
EstateFlow was built to provide a clean, modern, and easy-to-use CRM designed specifically for real estate professionals.
How I Built It
I used Bubble to build the entire application without writing traditional backend code. The project includes custom database structures, workflows, responsive layouts, and dynamic dashboards.
The interface was designed with a modern SaaS approach using a dark sidebar, clean cards, organized data views, and productivity-focused layouts. Every section was created to help agents manage their daily work more efficiently.

Why It Matters

EstateFlow demonstrates how Bubble can be used to build complex business applications, not just landing pages or simple directories. With workflows, databases, dashboards, and real business logic, it delivers the experience of a modern SaaS CRM.
