🚨 I DON'T DESIGN MOBILE APPS AS A SET OF SCREENS. I DIAGNOSE WHERE A STARTUP CAN BREAK. For 3.5 years I've been inside a US mobile startup. First as fractional CPO. Then acting CEO. Now co-founder with equity. From the inside, you stop seeing "UI/UX." You start seeing symptoms. 🔍 Onboarding shows whether the product can explain its value at all. 💳 The paywall shows whether the product has earned enough trust to ask for money. 🧩 The MVP shows whether the founder has focus, or fear hidden behind a pile of features. 🗺️ The roadmap shows whether there's a strategy, or just motion. ✨ And a beautiful interface sometimes just makes weak logic look more expensive. That's why I never start with "how do we make it prettier."
