Cancellation and Refund Management: Automatically processes cancellation requests based on the approved cancellation policy.
Admin Dashboard
Trip and Program Management: Add new tour programs, modify existing programs, and set the maximum number of seats per trip.
Venue and Attraction Management: Add new attractions with ticket prices and opening hours.
Booking and Customer Tracking: A timeline showing active bookings and customer details.
Financial and Operational Reports: Statistics on revenue, most popular trips, and occupancy rates.
Notifications and Reviews
Automatic Notifications: Send booking confirmations, trip reminders, or modification notifications via email or SMS.
