I stopped trying to “design fast” and started trying to decide clearly.
Instead of jumping into layouts, I now pause to answer: – What’s the single most important message here?
– What should be noticed first?
– What can be removed?
My work got cleaner. Feedback got faster. And revisions reduced.
Speed came later -clarity came first.
