I implemented Microsoft Clarity on ScholarScore to evaluate how real visitors navigate the platform and convert behavioral data into actionable product improvements.
I analyzed aggregate engagement metrics, page depth, repeat usage, navigation patterns, dead clicks, quick backs, and anonymized session recordings. This research revealed specific friction points, including mobile layout overflow, review content being cut off on smaller screens, scholarship filters resetting after users opened an opportunity, and missing actions within the resource experience.
I translated these observations into a prioritized improvement plan and implemented responsive-layout fixes, clearer navigation, stronger search functionality, improved error handling, and more accessible review results.
This project demonstrates how I use real user behavior—not assumptions—to identify problems, prioritize product decisions, and improve a live digital experience while protecting user privacy.
