Hello Folks, I automated 11,200+ manual image uploads and eliminated 45+ days of repetitive work.
A hospitality company was manually uploading and mapping thousands of property and room images into their CMS. Every image, every property, every room done by hand.
I built a Node.js automation that connects three separate systems, a reference API, a digital asset library, and the CMS, to find, match, and plug in every image automatically. No manual uploads. No manual categorization. No manual QA.
Some of the CMS APIs I needed had zero documentation, so I reverse-engineered them safely, with full audit logging on every single write (10,000+ actions, fully traceable).
Result: → 11,200+ images plugged in automatically → 45+ days of manual effort eliminated → 100% accuracy, verified through automated testing
