My pick: iDrop Premium Apple Resellers (idropdigital.com), attatching their old website image, a real Apple Authorised store in Sulthan Bathery, Kerala, India (38K+ on Instagram, 4.4★ on Google).
Here's the twist: they already have a slick website, but behind it, everything still runs manually through WhatsApp. Reservations, trade-ins, repairs, warranty claims… all by hand, nothing tracked.
So, I'm rebuilding it on Base44 as a real operational app:

I'm redesigning the website and customer experience for a local restaurant here in Ontario, with the goal of creating automations that actually helps the business grow.
The plan is to build:
