Redefining Financial News: My submission for the @Mobbin design challenge. 🚀
I consume financial news daily—across newspapers, apps, newsletters, and podcasts. But the experience has always felt fragmented and broken.
Nassim Nicholas Taleb wrote that "probability is applied skepticism." Coming from a Mathematics background, I instinctively question what I read. I want to explore opposing views, look at the hard evidence, and uncover deep, interconnected insights—not just skim isolated headlines.
So, I built a solution. Introducing Finance Reshaped (Fi.Re), a concept I’ve been researching and developing since the start of the year.

Building it with Mobbin: The goal of this challenge wasn't to recreate, but to research the best and build something original. I used Mobbin to deconstruct what makes top-tier apps succeed, breaking my research into four distinct phases:
Visual Strategy: I analyzed premium apps to define a high-end, trustworthy aesthetic and establish best-in-class UX practices.
Journey Mapping: I studied complex user flows to understand how the best platforms maintain engagement without overwhelming the user with data.
Pattern Benchmarking: I identified industry-standard UI patterns specifically for data-heavy layouts to ensure a frictionless experience.
Interaction Design: I studied micro-interactions and transitions to elevate the final look, feel, and usability of the app.
