Last year, I hit my first organic million views, and it was a surreal moment because it came from experimenting with AI-generated video podcasts around workplace problems people don’t usually say out loud. The videos were simple and short, but they focused on burnout, pressure, and the quiet frustrations that most professionals relate to, which is what truly drove the engagement.
What I learned from that experience is that AI can scale distribution, but connection comes from understanding the problem enough to articulate it clearly, and that structure is something I’ve since replicated successfully across other experiments.
