From Research to Specialization
I spent almost a month away from social media—not taking a break, but researching.
I audited businesses across different industries, studied their social presence, and looked closely at what was working, where the gaps were, and what happened after someone discovered a business through social media.
That research led me to a clear specialization:
Aesthetic Clinics & Medical Spas.
These businesses often already have strong expertise, premium treatments, beautiful environments and valuable results.
The opportunity I found was in the space between attention and the patient journey.
A Reel can get attention.
A profile can look beautiful.
But can a new visitor immediately understand:
• Who the clinic is
• What it specializes in
• Why they should trust it
• Which treatment may be relevant to them
• What they should do next
That question became the foundation of my new direction with Ayesha Socials.

Client’s choice vs. Designer’s choice 👀
I’m currently working on a branding project for Massage & Mocktails — a concept built around couples learning massage together in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
These are two early, black & white directions from Stage 2 of my branding process, before moving into color, typography, and the full visual system.
The interesting part?
My client chose Concept 1. I chose Concept 2.
Now I’m curious what other creatives think.
Which direction would you choose — 1 or 2? And why?
Sometimes the most interesting part of branding is seeing how differently a client and a designer respond to the same brief.

Concept 2 for me. That interlocking figure mark reads as two people meeting, which is the actual brief here, so it gives you more to build a system on. Concept 1 is the safer, more literal pick, which is usually why clients reach for it.
Exploring two visual directions for the same digital experience one warm & premium, the other clean & elegant.

How do you show strategic ownership when the big campaign idea wasn’t yours but everything that made it work on social was?
At charity: water, the Creative Director established the overarching campaign direction. As Social Media Manager, I translated that direction into the organic social strategy for two End-of-Year Giving campaigns including: the content narratives, channel roles, editorial calendars, production briefs, and cross-functional execution plans.
My first case-study draft included everything. It was thorough but it also felt like homework that would overwhelm or bore a stranger.
So I rebuilt it around what someone actually needs to understand:
→ The problem I was responsible for solving
→ What I owned versus what I collaborated on
→ How the strategy evolved from 2023 to 2024
→ The execution and results that support the story
Together, the integrated campaigns raised $7.4M. The fully reported 2023 organic campaign generated 8.17M+ impressions and 172K+ engagements.
