For this project, I was completely exhausted, my eyes hurting badly. But I refused to leave it halfway. The more I learn, the more I realize businesses don’t actually have an information problem. They have a retrieval problem. CRM & Online Appointment Booking Platform

Appointer is a CRM and online appointment booking platform for service-based businesses such as beauty salons, clinics, massage studios, tanning salons, dental offices, service stations, and other appointment-driven companies.

The platform helps businesses manage client bookings, employee schedules, customer records, reminders, sales, and daily operations from one centralized system. It provides online booking for customers, a visual calendar for administrators, client history tracking, SMS visit reminders, and tools to reduce manual work for business staff.

I worked on this project as a Full Stack Developer, contributing to both frontend and backend development. My work focused on building a reliable, responsive, and easy-to-use web platform for appointment management, CRM workflows, scheduling, and customer communication.

The project required strong attention to usability because business owners and administrators needed to manage appointments quickly throughout the day. I helped create smooth flows for booking, calendar management, customer tracking, employee schedules, and business analytics.
