Arrow is built on AI, but it doesn’t present itself as an AI product. It is designed to work alongside healthcare billing teams, supporting every stage of the hospital billing process. Managing invoices in a hospital environment is complex and demanding, and Arrow exists to reduce that burden. It does not replace people or their expertise; it assists them.

Patient Consent & Policies Form in OptiMantra (Simulation)

I generated and sent a Patient Consent and Policies form using OptiMantra practice management software.

This outlines the clinic’s policies and requires the patient’s consent (signature) before treatment begins. It protects both the patient and the clinic by clearly stating expectations, consent for care, privacy practices, and financial responsibilities.

How it works:

The form is created quickly from templates, customized if needed, and sent directly to the patient via the secure patient portal or as a printable PDF for review and signing.

Result (Simulation):

✅ Professional consent form generated and ready to send

✅ All key policies clearly documented

✅ Patient can review and sign electronically or on paper
