I recently worked on a Salesforce-powered digital transformation MVP for Velociti Bikes with my team, CloudNova, during the Africa Ohana Talent Accelerator Program 2.0. The project focused on implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, automation workflows, dashboards, and customer experience solutions to modernize sales and support operations.
My work included building Web-to-Lead and Web-to-Case solutions, configuring CRM workflows, SLA-driven support processes, queue routing, validation rules, automation flows, and executive dashboards for operational visibility. I also helped troubleshoot complex Salesforce implementation challenges involving field mappings, page layouts, automation dependencies, and reporting architecture.
The project demonstrates my skills in Salesforce Administration, CRM implementation, low-code automation, business process optimization, reporting & analytics, and cloud-based digital transformation.
