Continuing with the #Halloween season, thrilled to bring back one of our favorite dark #fantasy collaborations with the incredible Axel Kinnear! 🏰🕯️

Stepping back into these haunted stone halls felt like the perfect way to keep the #spooky atmosphere alive. To match the gothic mystery of the castle, we built an original score anchored by the haunting grandeur of a pipe organ, blending an ethereal children’s chorus with dark analog #synth arpeggios that keep tension simmering beneath the surface. Alongside the #music, we shaped rich, tactile #sounddesign weaving arcane magical transitions, heavy stone #foley, and shadowy atmospheric details directly into the rhythm of the #animation.

It started with one image. A skull. I couldn't stop looking at it. It felt like it was alive and dying at the same time. So I kept going. Each version felt like the same soul dying in a new color. Then I thought… what if it actually moved? So I took my Firefly images and brought them to life with the new Kling 4.0 No camera. No studio. Just one skull and a feeling I had to follow. This is "Pigment of the Dead."
