Small UX decisions often make the biggest difference. Which approach would you choose for an FAQ section?
✔️Ready-made answers to common questions.  ✔️The option to ask a question via email or a contact form.
Or is a combination of both the better solution?

I like having both. Ready-made answers for common questions, with email or a contact form as a backup for anything specific.

For FAQs, the ready made answer works best. However, the form area has a different use case, so I think it should be handled differently.

Both, for me. Ready answers handle the quick, common questions (and help SEO, since people search them word for word), while the contact form is for the specific cases the FAQ can't cover. They serve different people, so I wouldn't drop either.

Impressive design. The branding feels strong and consistent.

FAQ's sections or pages are incredibly important as they wipe out any doubt the user may have and also enhances credibility. So a seamless user-friendly design is important.

Depends on who i am building for. it's hard to say without this context

Definitely a combination of both. Having expandable accordions for quick answers saves users time but keeping a simple "Still have questions?" reach out form right below helps anyone with unique enquiries.

This is seriously impressive.

Nice work as usual! A hybrid approach with instant search and a fall-back contact trigger keeps the interactive layout clean and efficient.

Feel, a combo of both would be great, FAQ for instant and quick resolution, then a contact form for escalation of questions or enquiries.

I voted ready-made answers because they should lead: expandable answers deflect the most common questions at zero friction and each one is an indexable SEO surface. I would still keep a short contact form at the very bottom as the fallback for the long tail, just never as the first thing a user has to reach for.
