This is the live client-facing dashboard I built for NowNow AI — the system South African dental and medical practices use to see their AI client coordinator at work. Each practice gets a personalised view: total enquiries handled, bookings made, conversion rate, and after-hours calls caught (the calls that would have gone to voicemail and been lost forever). The WhatsApp tab shown here surfaces every text-based enquiry, with the AI agent that handles the full conversation — answering questions, qualifying the patient, and booking the appointment autonomously, with the booking pushed straight to the practice's schedule. The example here shows a real booked cleaning appointment captured end-to-end on WhatsApp. Built solo as a single-file deployment: front-end dashboard, Cloudflare Worker backend with KV-stored conversation memory, Make.com automation pipeline, and Meta WhatsApp Business API integration.
