Amazon FBM Store - Yearly Sales Performance

Managed and optimized an Amazon seller account (FBA/FBM) over a full 12-month period, driving consistent sales growth and order volume. During this period, the store achieved AED 465,325.30 in ordered product sales across 577 total order items and 656 units sold, with an average of 1.14 units per order and an average order value of AED 806.46.

My responsibilities included ongoing listing optimization, keyword and SEO improvements for product pages, inventory monitoring, and regular performance analysis using Seller Central's Sales Dashboard. I tracked daily and monthly sales trends to identify seasonal spikes, adjusted promotional strategy around peak demand periods, and worked to smooth out volatility in day-to-day order volume.

By continuously reviewing sales snapshots and adjusting listing/SEO strategy, I helped the client sustain strong year-over-year performance and improve overall store visibility.
