Recruiting is stuck in the past with static resumes and boring dashboards. I designed HireSwipe to completely disrupt the hiring process by blending the intuitive UX of modern social apps with premium corporate networking.
Instead of reading flat text, employers get a Video-First Swipe Deck. Candidates pitch themselves via auto-playing video cards, while their work experience and qualifications dynamically appear as sleek, glassmorphic overlays right alongside their face. With a pure gestural interface (no clunky buttons, just swipe left to pass or right to shortlist) and a "Playful Premium" aesthetic, HireSwipe makes finding top talent fluid, fast, and actually fun.

Beside — Family Care Handoff
What it is
Beside is a mobile app for families sharing care for an aging parent. It is not a hospital portal or health tracker — it is a shared family notebook for who is doing what: meds, visits, handoffs, and updates. Built around Dad (Rajesh Mehta) and caregivers Maya, Arjun, and Priya.
How it works
Today — Morning home screen: urgent items (e.g. evening meds not logged), today’s plan, and quick jumps into care or visits.
Log — Log care (meds, meal, mood, notes) so the whole family sees it.
Schedule — Upcoming visits (doctor, physio, labs). Open a visit for checklist, who’s assigned, “I’m on my way,” or hand off to someone else.
Family — Care circle, shared notes, invites, and alert settings.
Updates — Activity feed of what each person logged or changed.
Why it exists
Siblings often coordinate care over scattered texts. Beside puts handoffs, meds, and visits in one calm place the family can open before work and after a visit.
