I’m currently working on a Lead Management Platform for a client and would love to get some input on the UI direction.

I’m considering two approaches: a clean, flat UI or a glassmorphism-based design. The platform is fairly minimal right now, but the number of elements, data points, and features will definitely grow over time.

Which approach do you think would scale better while keeping the interface clean and easy to navigate?
