Designed a responsive web and mobile dashboard for Jersey Shack Transport, a patient transportation service. The platform was created to help operations teams manage ride bookings, passengers, drivers, schedules, trip statuses, cancellations, and ride transfers from one centralized interface. The goal was to transform the service experience into a cleaner, more organized, and easier-to-use system for admins, dispatchers, and drivers. The design focuses on clear navigation, fast access to key trip information, reduced manual searching, and a professional interface.
