Thanks Jason, the 1st level you get listed on the Expert program so founders can easily find you (and get the verified badge).
The 2nd level puts you on a more niche list and allows you to edit client files at no extra seat costs for the client.
That's a pretty advantageous position to be in, if it has economic impact for the client. Goed bezig.

But clarity doesn't have to mean sterile.
