One question I get a lot is:
"Can it work with my existing calendar?"
Yes. It can integrate with tools like Google Calendar so bookings happen in real time without double-booking or manual updates.
This type of workflow isn't limited to one industry. It can be adapted for:

The biggest benefit isn't just automation, it's reducing no-shows. WhatsApp reminders have a much higher chance of being seen than email reminders because people check WhatsApp throughout the day.
Imagine someone trying to book an appointment at 10:30 PM. Instead of waiting until the next morning for a reply, the AI can respond instantly, check availability, and secure the booking while the customer is still interested.
One thing I really like about this workflow is that it supports both text and voice messages. Customers can simply message the business the way they normally would, while the AI handles everything else automatically.
Booking through chat is the easy 80 percent. The part that breaks in production is the edge cases: reschedules, double-bookings when two people message at once, and the 24-hour WhatsApp window closing mid-conversation. How are you handling the handoff when the agent is not sure?
Great point. Those edge cases are exactly where good automation design matters. In this workflow, uncertain scenarios (like conflicting bookings, reschedule requests, or low AI confidence) are routed for human review instead of forcing an automated decision. Calendar...

For this project, I partnered with a local independent makeup artist, Rayon de beauté, to transform her online presence from an Instagram-only business into a professional digital booking platform.
The website was built using Base44 and is fully responsive across desktop and mobile devices. It showcases the artist's portfolio, business information, client testimonials, and a streamlined booking experience.
To help simplify day-to-day operations, I implemented a booking automation that stores appointment requests, organizes them in an admin dashboard, and allows the makeup artist to manage booking statuses efficiently. An AI assistant was also added to answer common customer questions and guide visitors through the booking process.
This project demonstrates how thoughtful design and practical automation can help small local businesses improve customer experience while reducing manual work.
The new platform includes:

Built RED for the Wonder × Contra challenge.
RED is an incident response workspace for cyber crisis teams — designed around one simple idea:
Most security tools show what is happening. RED shows what to do next.
I used Wonder to design the full product system: visual identity, landing page, incident overview, incident detail workspace, timeline reconstruction, evidence review, reports, promo frames, and a Codex/MCP-ready prototype direction.
The result is a calm, dark, operational interface for high-pressure incidents: severity, phase, owner, evidence, AI review state, and report readiness all visible without the usual cyber-dashboard chaos.

We built an AI agent that shipped 68 medical articles in 15 days. 1,998 runs, zero failures. And we still won't let it publish on its own. 🩺
It's for Sabai Health, a Thai health platform. The whole system runs from a single Telegram command. Claude handles the keyword clustering, the briefs, and the bilingual writing. Nine n8n workflows move everything from idea to a live page.
But the part we're actually proud of: it never publishes without a human. Medical content is one place you don't hand the last call to a machine, so we didn't. The agent does everything except the medical review on purpose.
That's the whole philosophy. Good automation isn't about removing people. It's knowing the one spot a human has to stay, and building everything else around it.
