Shoeshine restores sneakers, but its online presence stops at Instagram and every quote begins with scattered DMs.
I built Shoeshine in Base44: a mobile-first website and app where customers upload shoe photos, get guidance from an AI Restoration Concierge, request a quote, and track each restoration. Behind the scenes, structured inquiries flow into an owner dashboard, with automated confirmations, status updates, review requests, and repeat-care reminders.
Before: Instagram and manual messages. š
After: One automated journey from damaged shoe to repeat customer. š¤

Built SpeedPulse AI ā an automated website performance teardown and local client acquisition engine.
Most local businesses lose over 35% of their mobile conversions due to slow load times and missing Google SEO schema. Auditing each client manually took hours, so I automated the entire process on Base44:
ā” Real-time Core Web Vitals, Local SEO & UX friction score dials
š Dynamic Before/After sprint projections (gliding scores from 45 to 91+)
š Automated Executive PDF brief generation
š¤ Built-in Agency CRM that captures incoming leads, tracks stages, and auto-drafts client proposals with one-click copy

I built FlowPilot AI ā” ā an AI-powered operations platform that transforms customer requests into intelligent workflows.
From AI-powered request analysis and smart prioritization to conditional automation and human approval, FlowPilot helps small businesses streamline operations and reduce repetitive work.
Built with @Base44 for the #Base44Challenge
There's a lot to appreciate in this piece. Great job!
SpeedPulse AI is a high-performance web application engineered to automate website audits, Core Web Vitals diagnostics, and client acquisition for agencies and local businesses.
What I Built:
ā¢ Instant Teardown Engine: Evaluates mobile speed, Google Maps Local SEO signals, and conversion friction in under 10 seconds.
ā¢ Dynamic Sprint Projections: Interactive Before/After toggle that animates score dials from 41 to 98.
ā¢ Revenue Leakage Modeling: Real-time calculation of monthly lost revenue based on traffic volume and vertical deal benchmarks.
ā¢ Automated Executive PDF Brief: Formats and downloads a comprehensive client teardown report.
ā¢ Agency Lead CRM: Automated backend database storing inbound leads, tracking deal stages, and auto-drafting client proposals with one-click copy.
Outcome: Ranked #2 on the global Contra Base44 Challenge leaderboard within 12 hours of launch.
A 41-to-98 score makes a strong demo, but the test conditions matter: device, network and lab versus field data. Do you show that context alongside the score?
