HubSpot's pricing page says 65% off. It never says off what.
I opened it like a buyer with one question: what will this cost me? It took more scrolling and toggling than it should.
4 places I hesitated:
A "65% off" badge with no original price and no end date
A "Best value" switch that saves 30% on one plan and nothing on another
"Up to 10 users", hidden in the table, not on the card where people decide
One price explained two different ways
None of the fixes change the price. They change how sure the buyer feels about it.
Try this on your own pricing page: ask someone outside your company what they'd pay for a team of five. Don't help. Every place they hesitate is where trust leaks.
What's the most confusing pricing page you've seen lately?
