Project pricing used to be my biggest headache.
That was before I started tracking everything in Notion.
18 months ago, I started to track profit on each project and it's been incredibly helpful when pricing new work.
This gives me a birds-eye view of:
- My most profitable projects
- Projects I've lost money on
- Projects that didn’t take me long
- Projects that weren’t worth doing
It has taken a lot of the guesswork out of pricing.
Instead of relying on intuition, I can base my quotes on actual data from my own business.
