SEO Project
This client specializes in architectural services, with
interior design as a complementary offering. Over the past few years, I have
working with them on organic SEO strategies and Google Ads campaigns.
Project Overview
The objective of this SEO project is to improve website
visibility, increase organic traffic, and generate qualified leads through
strategic SEO practices.
The Challenge:
Despite offering high-quality services, their online
platform was struggling to secure top rankings in search engine results pages
(SERPs) and generate meaningful organic traffic.
Several key challenges contributed to this:
·
Limited Online Visibility
·
Competitive Landscape
·
Inadequate Keyword Optimization
·
Limited Organic Traffic
·
Underutilization of SEO Strategies
Addressing these challenges required a strategic and
comprehensive approach to SEO, tailored to the unique needs and goals of website.
Through targeted optimization efforts and the implementation of proven SEO
strategies, website aimed to overcome these obstacles and establish a strong
online presence that would drive significant traffic to their website.
The Solutions:
To address the challenges faced by website and unlock their
online potential, a multifaceted SEO solution was devised, encompassing the
following key strategies:
Technical SEO & Setup
Website Audit – Complete technical analysis and issue fixing
Tracking Setup – GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
"Executed a comprehensive link-building campaign to secure high-authority backlinks for the client's website. Focused on driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and boosting domain authority through white-hat SEO strategies."
A new exhibition needs more than a website. It needs to look established before the doors even open.
That was our challenge with AGMEX, the African Green Mobility & Energy Exhibition in Ethiopia.
We built the entire digital presence from scratch, creating clear journeys for exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and visitors, with custom registration flows and SEO built in from day one.
The goal wasn't just a beautiful website. It was to create a platform that can attract opportunities, generate enquiries and grow with the event.
This is what we love doing: turning ambitious ideas into digital platforms built for real business growth.
More content would have made this SEO problem worse
When organic traffic is low, the obvious reaction is often: “We need more pages and more content.”
In this project, that would have been the wrong move.
The website was new, looked professional and had plenty of room to grow, but only 2 pages were indexed. Important product categories were difficult for search engines to discover because of the way the subdomain and JavaScript navigation were implemented.
We also found canonical conflicts, weak metadata, redirect issues, slow performance, missing structured data and several content problems.
If the client had started publishing 20–30 new pages immediately, we would simply have created more URLs inside a system that was already struggling to index the existing ones.
So we worked in a different order: first technical accessibility, then metadata and page structure, then schema and content improvements.
After implementation, organic clicks grew by 500–700%, impressions by 300–500%, and CTR reached 8.8%.
This is why I always separate two questions before building a content plan:
Do we have enough search demand?
Can the existing website actually capture that demand?
Content can scale SEO. But only after the foundation is ready to support it.
If your team is planning to invest heavily in new SEO content, send me the website. I’ll tell you what I would check before increasing the content budget.
