I'm lucky, Top 5% overall, mostly with a few quick steps.
1. Having at least one good product and one good service posted, and making sure they hit the standards Contra has for profiles.
2. Having my first Contra Verified project I was hired for over $750, which is a drastic boost.
3. Interacting publicly with other creators, which builds my skill/knowledge, and boosts my score as well.
bonus: the final helper of course was just getting my first payout milestone (1k), but the first 3 are what got me there.

Being at 95 while waiting for your first project is great, I was much lower before I secured one. My best advice is don't forget to look outside of Contra for the first few contracts, building your ability and portfolio before people start seeing your profile on here. You're doing awesome.
