SD Jewels: B2B Shopify Store for Fine Jewellery
Overview
SD Jewels is a fine jewellery brand based in Australia, sourcing and manufacturing from India and Thailand for jewellers, designers and retailers. They needed a Shopify store that functioned as a proper B2B wholesale platform, not a standard retail storefront, with pricing and checkout restricted to verified trade accounts only.
The Brief
Build a Shopify store where product pricing stays hidden from guests and unverified customers, checkout is gated to approved B2B accounts, verified customers receive tailored discounts, and browsing across a large diamond and jewellery catalogue feels fast and intuitive.

✅ Shopify store setup and configuration

✅ Customer based discount tiers for verified trade accounts

✅ Custom Manufacturing page with a dedicated wholesale enquiry form, including CAD uploads, budget and material specs

Result
A clean, functional storefront that behaves like a true B2B wholesale portal. Pricing stays protected, checkout is limited to genuine trade customers, and the browsing experience makes it easy for buyers who already know what they are looking for to find it quickly, all built using Shopify's core toolset for easy long term maintenance.

WITNESS uses Base44 for data, authentication, storage, permissions, backend functions, and deployment. ElevenLabs handles voice transcription, while AI creates summaries, suggests severity, scores likely spam, and drafts customer updates for human review.
The product feels premium because it is restrained, clear, and built around trust. Instead of another crowded support dashboard, it uses an editorial case-file interface where the customer’s words stay central and every important action leaves a visible record.
