Honestly, this is one of my favorite moments in the entire process. Because this is the moment when I get to see students ābecome designersā for the first time
They go from learning fundamentals to presenting full projects as if theyāre speaking to real clients or stakeholders.
What makes it even more meaningful is that I grow together with every cohort.
My students constantly show me what can be improved ā in the system, in the teaching, in how we structure learning. So in a way, their progress is also a reflection of my own work and my teamās work.
Itās a shared responsibility. And always a moment of evaluation from both sides
Today Iām genuinely proud. I saw people who just a few weeks ago were learning basics now confidently presenting complete, thoughtful design projects.
And it never stops being emotional for me š„¹š„¹š„¹
