LoadUp SG — Flutter Van Rental App
LoadUp SG is Singapore's on-demand commercial van rental app.
Users find available vans on a live map and book them instantly
by the hour, day, or week — no paperwork, no long-term contract.
I led this project end to end as the Flutter developer, from
planning through development to release on both stores.
Product planning and feature scoping
Cross-platform Flutter development (iOS + Android, one codebase)
Live map fleet view with Google Maps SDK integration
Instant booking flow — location, date, time and duration filters
Payment integration and booking confirmation
Push notifications for booking status and reminders
REST API integration for real-time fleet availability
App Store Connect and Play Console submission
Ongoing feature releases and version updates
Live on both stores with 5,000+ downloads and a 4.5 store rating.

A bright periwinkle blue interface with bold orange event cards and clean, friendly typography for a fresh and energetic first impression.
A clear hosting dashboard with tickets sold, revenue, and page views, plus an AI flow that turns a short description into a full event page, tickets, and cover, make hosting feel quick and effortless. Soft rounded cards, smart suggestions, and a floating tab bar keep the whole app simple and easy to use.
Event hosting flows often get cluttered, but the step-by-step setup screen here looks really intuitive. Solid mobile UI work, Sujon!
