today i'm opening the waitlist for velde
it's an iphone app i'm building solo. it has an ai mentor, lumi, who helps people aged 18 to 29 figure out what to do with their lives, one small mission a day
coming to the app store in november
there's a mini quiz on the site to see where you're at: velde.app
would love honest feedback on the landing and the quiz. what would make you join or not?
velde.app
Velde: find what lights you up
Your AI purpose mentor for iPhone. Find your light in a 60-second quiz, get your Light Map and let Lumi guide you one small step a day.
The framing is what stands out to me, one small mission a day instead of the usual fix your whole life overnight promise. That's much more honest for an 18 to 29 audience. The quiz landing with the Light Map is a smart way to give people value before they ever download anything....
thanks, that was the whole idea. small steps feel doable, big promises feel fake at that age
honestly the ai mentor is the harder half. making lumi feel like she actually knows you and not like a generic chatbot takes way more iterations than the app itself
what are you building?
Great work
thank you. what are you working on these days?

Congrats on opening the waitlist for Velde! Solo-building an iPhone app with an AI mentor Lumi to help 18-29 year olds figure out life, one small mission a day — that's such a needed product. "Find what lights you up" is a beautiful tagline....
thanks sagar, means a lot. let me know what you think of the quiz once you try it
Congrats on opening the waitlist. The one small mission a day idea is a nice hook.

CareLink: Telemedicine App for Community Health
Built with FlutterFlow | iOS & Android | 6-week build
Healthcare shouldn’t depend on distance. For 12,000 residents across 8 communities, seeing a doctor meant a 9-day wait, long travel and missed work. 38% of patients skipped follow-ups altogether, and bookings still ran on phone calls and paper.
CareLink puts a licensed doctor on the patient’s phone in under 60 seconds. Patients sign in, search by symptom or specialty, see each doctor’s next available slot and price, and book a video visit in 3 taps. E-prescriptions and in-app chat keep care going afterward, so patients stay connected to the same doctor without another trip to the clinic.
Built with FlutterFlow, one app for iOS and Android shipped in 6 weeks instead of 4+ months, at about 40% lower cost than two native builds. Updates now go live in days, not months, so the clinic can keep improving as patient needs grow.
Projected results (first 6 months):
+45% more patients reached
Wait times cut 85%, from 9 days to under 24 hours
+32% more follow-ups kept
5,000+ consultations completed in 6 months
4.8/5 target satisfaction
Care that once took days now takes minutes, and a healthier community follows.
