🚀 Day 1 – Learning Finance and Building with AI
Today, I’m starting my own Day 1 of 100.
For the next 100 days, I’ll be combining two areas I’m deeply interested in:
- Finance and business analysis
- AI-powered workflow automation
My 100-day focus
In finance, I’ll study:
1. Business models and industry structures
2. Annual reports and investor presentations
3. Financial statements and key ratios
4. Company strategies, growth drivers, and risks
5. Sector trends, competition, and valuation concepts
6. Real-world case studies of listed companies
In AI automation, I’ll explore:
1. Make.com and n8n workflows
2. AI tools and APIs
3. Automation for content creation and research
4. Lead generation and client outreach systems
5. AI applications for finance and business analysis
6. Practical workflows for freelancers and small businesses
My goal is not just to consume information. I want to understand how businesses work, analyze them better, and use technology to make research and repetitive tasks more efficient.
Over the next 100 days, I’ll share:

GoHighLevel Lead Follow-Up Workflow for an Oregon Construction Company
I built this GoHighLevel Connect Call workflow to help an Oregon construction company manage new inquiries from Networx, Google Ads, and other lead sources.
The workflow maps the different paths a lead can take, including successful contact, missed calls, continued follow-up, and human handoff. It also keeps the relevant tasks, contact updates, and next steps organized inside the CRM.
The goal was to create a consistent lead-management process without relying on scattered notes or manual reminders.
Good automation does not replace the sales conversation. It makes sure the right conversation happens at the right time.
I help service businesses with GoHighLevel workflow design, CRM organization, lead routing, follow-up automation, and system audits.
For a construction company specifically, that missed call path is probably doing more revenue recovery than any other branch. guys on a job site are not picking up mid pour so leads default to voicemail & just go cold without something automatically pulling them back in
