Anxiety Awareness | Motion Design & Animation
A motion design project focused on raising awareness about anxiety and mental health through engaging visuals and meaningful storytelling.
The goal was to communicate that anxiety isn't always visible and to encourage empathy, understanding, and open conversations about mental health. Through animation and visual storytelling, the project delivers an impactful message that asking for help is a sign of courage, not weakness.
