This project began in Revit, where the building form and spatial layout were modeled with technical precision. The model was then exported as FBX and brought into 3ds Max for full scene development, covering façade materials, window glazing, balcony details, and railings.
The surrounding environment was built entirely in 3ds Max: street lamps, vehicles, boundary wall, and layered vegetation were all placed to create a street-level context that feels lived-in and believable. Lighting was calibrated for natural daylight, with Corona Renderer handling the final output, delivering clean shadows, accurate material response, and a composition that communicates both scale and curb appeal.
