Built an AI-powered lead qualification system using n8n and OpenAI. When a potential client fills out a contact form, the AI automatically analyzes their message and scores them as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on their buying intent. Based on the score, the system instantly sends a personalized follow-up email — urgent outreach for hot leads and a nurture email for warm or cold leads. All lead data including the AI score is automatically saved to Google Sheets for easy tracking and follow-up.
Perfect for: Real estate agents, home services businesses, marketing agencies, or any business that receives online inquiries and wants to respond instantly without manual work.
