I joined the Renoise Challenge on Contra, but I haven't received the welcome email containing the 1,000 free credits promo code.

I've already:

Joined the challenge.

Checked my inbox, spam, and promotions folders.

Contacted Contra Support and am waiting for a response.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
