Together with Billie Bonkers, we translated a complex mobility policy for the City of Turnhout into a clear and accessible 120-second animated explainer.

The animation explains how the city is working toward a more accessible, liveable, and future-proof Turnhout. By simplifying policy language, structuring the information, and using approachable visuals, we made the plan easier to understand for a broad audience.

Our role focused on turning complex information into a clear animated narrative that informs citizens without overwhelming them.

Translating a mobility policy document into a 120 second explainer without it turning into a wall of text on screen is genuinely hard, and the isometric city illustration style makes it feel warm instead of bureaucratic.
