Dental SaaS isn't typically known for its visually appealing websites.
When I took on the Smile Genius Dental https://www.smilegeniusdental.com, the goal wasn't just "make it look nice" it was to take a genuinely complex product and explain it through a site that feels simple and clear.
Smile Genius serves as the control layer for dental groups, connecting clinics, labs, and finance into one cohesive system. This integration allows groups to monitor and manage their lab spending, which can reach ยฃ12M annually for a 50-clinic group.
There was a lot to communicate, including scanner integrations, standardized workflows, real-time case tracking, auto-reconciliation, and compliance trails. My task was to transform this information into a website that feels calm, clear, and trustworthy, avoiding a mere feature dump.
I managed the project from start to finish, handling design and development, fully built in Framer.
Here are a few aspects I'm particularly proud of:
A clear narrative guiding users from "here's the problem" to "here's the fix"
Compelling numbers that convey value (800+ hours recovered, ~10% margin reclaimed, 1/3 less rework)
Motion and interactions that guide attention effectively
Transforming something dense and operational into an effortless experience is my favorite kind of project.
