Reliqio's telehealth app development for MDC followed one rule: in medicine, AI drafts and people answer.
MDC is a physician messaging platform. Before it, a patient message waited one to two days for a reply, and the inbox had become a second shift for doctors. In 2023, Reliqio designed and built the system that changed that.
How it works:
Care agents. More than 100 trained agents handle routine questions, so patients hear from a person, not a bot.
AI in the physician's voice. OpenAI models suggest replies in each doctor's style for the agent to use.
Escalation. Anything clinical, uncertain, or urgent goes straight to the physician.
One workspace. A React and TypeScript web app on Node.js, NestJS, and MongoDB, with WhatsApp and Telegram integrations.
What changed:
Response time: one to two days down to about three minutes.
Messages resolved without escalation: 80%.
Physician capacity: tripled, from 25–30 to 75–90 patients.
No-shows: down 60%.
Patient retention: up 30%.
MDC now supports more than 500 physicians and carries over 15,000 messages a day.

AÉVRA — AI-Driven Horological Conservation Atelier & Dual Cockpit
The Hook (Opening line that grabs attention):
"Every mechanical watch has thousands of micro-components—and usually, a customer experience stuck in 2004. We rebuilt the horological conservation pipeline from scratch."
Overview & Story:
Most watch restoration platforms alienate customers with esoteric technical jargon and static forms. AÉVRA was created to preserve timepieces for what they mean, not just what they cost—combining editorial Swiss atelier aesthetics, real-time 3D motion, and AI-driven intake.
The Problem:
Customers with heirlooms or vintage pieces don't know reference numbers or movement calibres.
Atelier watchmakers spend hours manually triaging vague emails before diagnosing a single watch.
The Solution & Key Features:
Natural Language Horological Intake: Clients describe their watch issue in plain English (e.g., "losing time and scratched crystal"). The system automatically maps symptoms to mechanical calibres, delivering immediate clarity on services, timeline, and preliminary cost estimates.
Cinematic 3D Photographic Scroller: A high-fidelity scroll journey that physically disassembles and reassembles the movement's case, bezel, balance wheel, and gear train at 60fps.
The Conservator’s Owner Cockpit: A private, real-time management dashboard allowing atelier owners to view incoming requests, evaluate AI diagnostic breakdowns, and accept or decline repair commissions with instant, seamless switching between client and owner views.

The dark atelier look and the disassembling movement scroll are gorgeous. Bold take though: someone with a family heirloom watch wants to meet a watchmaker, not an AI intake form. I would let the AI work quietly in the background and put the conservator's face first.
A hand-built studio site in a Swiss "lacquer & stone" style: warm stone paper, lacquer-red accents, thin uppercase type and fine film grain. Every section reacts as you scroll: Halftone portrait that reveals under your cursor
Signature that draws itself, and a manifesto that lights up word by word
The boutique: five project videos with a working till. Reach the end and the receipt prints PAID
3D paper crumple: the receipt folds into a real 3D ball and drops into the page with physics
"A Day in Code": an original stick-figure film drawn in code. The ball lands inside it and gets a bicycle kick
Generative synth music and cartoon sound effects, all made live in the browser
AI-style assistant in a glowing WebGL orb, available in six languages

The 3D crumple runs in a Web Worker and only the video on screen plays, so it stays smooth at 60fps.
