Pawar Cafe - Premium Digital Experience

I designed and developed an elite, highly-authoritative digital presence for "Pawar Cafe". The goal was to build a "Visual Feast Concept" MVP to pitch to the cafe owner. The project focuses exclusively on premium brand presentation and dynamic menu display, combining high-performance modern web technologies with an immersive visual aesthetic.

✨ Key Features & Deliverables
Immersive User Experience: Implemented fluid, jank-free 60fps scroll-triggered reveals and tactile micro-interactions using GSAP and Lenis smooth scrolling.
Magnetic Interactivity: Crafted magnetic hover effects and lightweight 3D elements for an "effortless magic" premium feel.
Headless CMS Architecture: Integrated Sanity CMS to allow the cafe owner to seamlessly manage menu items, categories, and brand info, with real-time updates pushed directly to the frontend.
Pixel-Perfect UI: Built modular, reusable React components (Hero, Menu Grid, About Section) that perfectly reflect the custom design tokens.
High Performance: Validated via automated scripts for security, UX, and Lighthouse performance metrics
