Problem: Contractor Foreman was gaining keywords every month but losing traffic and that makes no sense until you look under the hood.
How I solved it: I found 599 unminified files dragging their mobile score to 31 out of 100, over 6,000 Nofollow backlinks Google was ignoring, and their most important keyword sitting on page 3 then handed over a fix plan broken into 30, 60, and 90 day priorities with projected organic traffic growth between 40 and 85% within 12 months.

Title: MixLayer - DJ Production Mode or SoundSkin UI for Apple Music App
⚠️ Problem: Since iOS26 launched and MacOS introduced “AI Mixing,” I created an interactive live music editing experience within the Apple Music App, inspired by live editing styles like Abelton Live or Tractor Tools.

🔊 Solution: “My MixLayer DJ Production Mode Soundskin UI Tool” is for Apple Music and iTunes Library users on iOS and MacOS, from beginners to seasoned music production pros. It offers live interactive FX Tools for House, Trance, and Hardgroove genres.

I built this in a day because I just found out about this challenge 🫰🏼originally I had a complex project in mind but I had to pivot because I realized even though AI was building it, I had to feed it as though it was a basic level developer reading user stories without any discussion between Product Manager and Engineer (I felt the flashbacks). I got inspired by Jim Collins on the Tim Ferriss podcast, whom spoke about how he rates his days from -2 to 2 and changes his habits based on his findings. I added some AI analysis but it was not 100% bulletproof as I used the Free Tier API from Gemini. Overall, A+ experience and super fun #figmamakeathon
