Amazing!
Every established founder I've worked with knew their brand had become a problem.
But none of them had ever calculated how much that problem was costing them.
They’d say things like:
"We look like a small shop. But we're not."
"I've been trying to grow for two years, but something keeps blocking me."
"They don't take us seriously."
It was clear what wasn't working. The cost wasn't.
Because nobody had ever stopped to ask the right question:
How many clients did you lose last year because they didn't trust what they saw?
How many dismissed you before you even got to speak?
When you look like an amateur, people assume your product is too. It's that simple.
My job doesn't start with design. It starts by figuring out what "looking small" is actually costing you, what keeping your current identity is costing you.
Only then does the design conversation make sense.
Project: Tmight Treatment/Clinic Visual Branding & Social Strategy
Objective: To elevate Tmight’s digital presence and turn complex facial treatment processes into accessible, high-converting social media content.
The Strategy:
I transformed the clinic’s social feed from standard clinical photos into a high-end, editorial-style experience. Using AI-assisted photo retouching to enhance clarity without losing skin texture, I created a visual language that feels both medical-grade and luxurious.
Key Contributions:
Short-Form Video: Directed and edited 15s-30s Reels focusing on the "satisfying" and "educational" aspects of treatments to boost organic reach.
Graphic Design: Developed a custom carousel template for "Ingredient Spotlights" and "Post-Care Instructions," increasing save rates by 18.5%.
Visual Identity: Standardized lighting and color grading across all client assets to ensure a professional, trustworthy grid.
Outcome:
By aligning the visual quality with the premium service price point, we established Tmight as a thought leader in the local aesthetic space, resulting in higher inquiry rates and more consistent engagement.
