Playing with the dashboard interactions here: switching data states, opening modals, notifications, hover states, icon/svg animations, and the user menu.

The goal is for the product to feel clean and calm, but still interactive enough that it doesn’t feel like a flat dashboard. Designed in Figma, built in ViteJS and Cursor. Framer Motion and Lucide React used for animations.

Just wrapped a project for a VC-backed startup where we handled the full redesign, from the landing page all the way through the entire application, and closed it at $5K.

Launched the redesign and they crossed 100 users within a day with an 88% customer satisfaction rate, which was a great way to close it out.

Genuinely one of the more fun projects we've worked on recently.
