I’m excited to share this again—this time for the #shareyourwork challenge.😊 Following a few happy accidents 🧪, I found myself shaping deliberately “mutilated” textures: a blend of industrial hip-hop, distorted IDM, illbient, digital hardcore, and noise. To balance the grit ⚖️, I folded in traditional Chinese plucked timbres—especially the guzheng—bent, stretched, and re-amped until it clicked 🎼. I began with no clear approach, and then the pieces started connecting 🧩 and the flow arrived (aaand… yep, that’s the moment I chase) ✨ Huge thanks to @fafa_motion for considering me for the sound design on this beautiful piece.
