Multi-Location Dental SEO: Ranking High-Intent Keywords Across 3 Locations

Built and scaled local SEO visibility across three dental practice locations, achieving top 3 rankings for high-intent keywords in two locations and strong top 10 visibility in the third within 4 months.

Problem :

Crescent Dental & Orthodontics operates across three different locations, each targeting its own local audience. The goal was to improve visibility across all locations and rank for high-intent keywords such as “dentist near me” and service-based dental searches.

The focus was not just ranking—but driving real patient enquiries through strong local search presence.

The practice had inconsistent visibility across locations:

Major keywords were not ranking in top positions

Limited presence in Google Maps (local pack)

Weak rankings for “near me” and high-intent dental terms

Uneven performance across all three locations

This resulted in missed opportunities and low patient acquisition from organic search.

Solution :

A structured multi-location SEO strategy was implemented:

Optimized each location page with unique, intent-driven content

Targeted high-intent keywords including “near me” and service-based searches

Strengthened technical SEO across the entire site

Built internal linking to support location relevance

Optimized Google Business Profiles for all three locations

Focused on local signals to improve Google Maps rankings

Created supporting content aligned with patient search intent

Key Execution Insight

Over a period of 4 months, strong improvements were achieved:

Two locations reached Top 3 rankings for major keywords

These locations also ranked in Top 3 in Google Maps (Local Pack)

The third location achieved Top 10 rankings, showing strong upward growth

Significant improvement in “dentist near me” and high-intent keyword visibility

LuxLab provides a brand-worthy web presence with an actual booking and client management system , something most high-end barbershops in Lagos lack entirely., contribution: "Built end-to-end: React frontend, Node.js/Express REST API, MongoDB database, and JWT-based user authentication. Users can register, log in, browse services, book appointments, and upload profile images. The backend handles all auth, image storage, and booking logic.", challenge: "Implementing image uploads securely which users needed to be able to upload and view profile photos without exposing storage credentials.
