Wireless Earbuds Charging Case CAD Mechanical Design Solidworks

This project involved the complete 3D industrial product design, SolidWorks CAD modeling, and photorealistic rendering of a wireless earbuds charging case engineered for durability, functionality, and ultra-compact electronics packaging. Designed using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles, the case features a robust hinge mechanism, magnetic lid closure, sleek ergonomics, and production-ready geometry optimized for injection molding. The final deliverables included manufacturing-ready CAD files and realistic renders suitable for prototyping, mass production, and product presentations.
