I managed the delivery of Inspecto, an inspection management platform for electrical, HVAC and plumbing teams, from kickoff to launch.
Project description As Project Manager on Inspecto, I led the planning and delivery of a platform that helps teams manage electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other inspections in one place. My work included:
Scope and requirements: Worked with stakeholders to define the product scope, gather requirements and turn them into clear tasks and user stories for development teams.
Planning and timelines: Built the project roadmap, set milestones and managed sprint schedules and deadlines across 10 team members.
Team coordination: Ran daily or weekly standups, reviews and handoffs between design, development and QA so work kept moving.
Stakeholder communication: Gave regular status updates, raised risks and blockers early, and kept expectations aligned through slack.
Quality and delivery: Coordinated testing, bug tracking and feedback rounds, then supported the launch of web app .
Process improvements: Introduced [e.g. a sprint board, a QA checklist, a documentation system to make delivery faster and more consistent.
