One thing I have noticed doing Shopify audits consistently.
The stores that are struggling most are usually not aware of the specific reason.

But the actual cause is somewhere inside the store and nobody has gone in to find it.
That's the work I do. I go into Shopify stores and find the specific things that are costing the owner money. Speed, product page structure, trust signals, mobile experience.
