Honestly, technical writing has changed so much lately. A lot of the job now is about organizing AI drafts, keeping docs up to date and making sure complex tech products are super easy to understand.
It’s less about typing out huge manuals and more about making sure the information actually makes sense to real people. I really enjoy taking messy, complicated ideas and turning them into clear, simple guides.
Had a fantastic time building my portfolio website.
I made this intro for the channel in under 1 hour, including the storyboard. Didn’t have too much time, so obviously no revision pass, proper sound design, music, or final polish has been done yet.
But for under 1 hour, I think it’s definitely worth it. The main reason I could do it this fast is because I already have some previous projects, setups, and elements from my usual work that help me speed up the workflow a lot.
With proper time for revisions, sound design, music, and polishing, I can definitely take it much further.
