Karachi arenas take bookings on WhatsApp calls. I built the board: three taps, no account, and the ops run themselves.
Holds expire to the waitlist, two no-shows means we call first, rain moves your hour, the owner gets one report at 9.
If you ran the arena, which rule would you switch off first, and why?

A damaged-order request should not become an automatic promise.
In this OpsPilot demo, five damaged units and a requested Friday deadline become a structured request and an editable response.
The workflow pauses for a person to review the facts. I edit the reply, approve it, and the same execution resumes—with the decision recorded in the audit trail.
Independent portfolio demo using fictional data and a fallback AI provider. All external actions are simulated; no messages are sent.
Which would you require a person to confirm before replying: replacement availability, the delivery date, or both?

I'd confirm both before promising a replacement by Friday, and keep the customer's requested date separate from the confirmed delivery date. If stock is available but shipping isn't confirmed, the draft should acknowledge the request and say delivery is still being checked.
Title: Plan Z: Abuela
Nico is 9,000 km from LA. Balloons, mailing himself in a box and a toaster teleporter all fail. Then his Abuela crashes in on a rocket scooter, turns the room into a CapCut timeline, and rides it straight to the CapCut World LA main stage. "Badge?" "Rendered."
BTS walkthrough: attached
Workflow
Characters: Nico's sheet with Seedream 5.0 Pro, then Abuela and Bruno with GPT Image 2.5 using Nico as style reference.
Shots: 10 images turned into video with Seedance 2.0 Fast in CapCut. Rule: every shot ends where the next begins, so it plays as one film.
Fixes: rewrote blocked prompts; cut an extra-arm glitch and punched in.
Voices: designed in ElevenLabs, imported into CapCut.
Edit in CapCut Desktop: voices, captions, SFX, music, PLAN labels, end card.
Screen recordings kept as proof of creation.

The best way to sell a breathwork studio is to let people breathe on the homepage.
SOLACE is a breathwork and sound bath studio. The hard part of selling it is that you can’t explain the feeling. You can only offer a taste of it.
So the design does that:
→ A practice you can try right now. A glowing circle expands and releases while you choose a rhythm: Box, 4-7-8, Coherent, or Wake. Before booking anything, you’ve already had a calm minute.
→ A journey instead of a menu. “Five movements. One return”: Arrive, Breathe, Resonate, Dissolve, Integrate. First-timers can see what a session feels like before they walk in.
→ The unspoken question, answered. The FAQ includes “I am not particularly spiritual. Can I still come?” Naming that doubt does more than any slogan.
→ Low risk to begin. Four experiences from $35, seats left on each session, and free cancellation up to 12 hours before.
The look is quiet: near-black, soft gold, and slow serif type.
When your product is a feeling, don’t describe it. Let people feel a little of it first.
What’s one thing a website could let you try that would make you trust it faster?
